I also appreciate the closed-loop automated remediation, enterprise APM integrations, and modern web UI, which support hybrid SRE teams in resolving mainframe incidents proactively while keeping billable MSU overhead minimal through zIIP offloading. I think BMC AMI Ops could streamline its complex multi-LPAR setup, eliminate the remaining 3270 dependencies for advanced configuration, and make web dashboard customization easier.
