What do you like best about BMC AMI Data?

I like BMC AMI Data's real-time monitoring, easy performance analysis, and proactive alerts system. It helps identify issues quickly and keeps our mainframe systems running efficiently. It allows us to troubleshoot faster, reduces downtime, and keeps our systems running smoothly. What do you dislike about BMC AMI Data?

Overall it's too good, I would say, but the dashboard could be more intuitive and reports could generate faster because sometimes it is quite slow. One more thing, customization options could be improved. It would be helpful to have more customization dashboard and flexible reporting options, as well as personalized alert systems settings for better options needs.
