Lack of end-user visibility into underlying rules and logic. Things have gotten better with the ability now to turn rules on and off without contacting support, but support is needed to tune variables within rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Looking to monitor and respond to security threats at our organization without hiring additional highly-skilled staff.
