Additionally, referencing SOWs and agreements quickly cuts down on research time between client interactions and better strengthens knowledge exchange between the sales group and the customer success group. Armatic is a tool that allows me to calibrate expectations across stakeholders internal and external alike, a critically powerful value add for my business. Moreover, the automation provided by Armatic allows for rapid editing and drafting of custom SOWs and leveraging the Slack Integration the appropriate team members and groups are notified as soon as the electronic signature is completed.
