What do you like best about BlueSky Unified Communications?

The features and ease of use. They also provide classroom and On Job trainings to our service desk support team. Conference call feature is the most confusing feature with other providers such as Cisco. It is a child's play with Bluesky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueSky Unified Communications?

The softphone often spikes the memory usage thereby slowing down the PC sometimes. They have a solution for this issue as well there by converting my dislike into a manageable problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BlueSky Unified Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?

During the pandemic, we had a hard time with our existing service provider. There were a lot of call drops and disconnects. As I was the Service Desk Head, I had to take some stringent actions and that is when we came across Bluesky Unified communications. The softphone requires a minimum network bandwidth to work efficiently and therefore saving our SLAs and Call Abandonment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
