Blueshift is a powerful platform; the user interface can occasionally feel overwhelming when navigating complex campaign trees and nested workflows. Streamlining the campaign editor to allow easier duplication or reorganization of specific journey branches, along with adding more flexible, customisable reporting dashboards directly within the interface, would make daily task execution even smoother.
