I have three things in no particular order. Ease of use and implementation, it's pretty easy to figure out most areas without too much difficulty. The difficult part comes when you need to remember what you did last time for whatever you're working on. The ability to have a one-stop shop for all things safety and customization of the tools for your policies and programs. It's actually pretty fun to think outside the box of ways you can accomplish what you are trying to do. The customer support for me has been outstanding. Parc is my guy for all things BLR and whether I am having an issue or I think something may work better if we adjusted this or that, he is always there to help. I think the thing I dislike, and it really is only one thing, is it's hard for me to know who has what permissions and how that translates to their screen. I am very visual so I can read what their permissions are, but it would be nice to have a way to see the screen as they see it, without changing their password. If that makes sense.
