What do you like best about Bloomreach?

I love the easy use of Bloomreach. Within a few minutes, I can create a full lifecycle campaign from scratch. The platform is easy to understand, and you don’t need to learn too many things to just do your job with it. I also appreciate the communication with the Bloomreach team; they are always available for any question or to inform me about new features they implement into their product. What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

It's still hard to create reports when you don't use their AI tool they offer, and it's a bit sad that you can't implement your own AI. The AI tool should come for free or at least offer the option to connect it for free with your own AI tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
