**What do you like best about Bloomreach?**

After a few more years of using Bloomreach, I'm still just as excited about this platform as when I first started. Bloomreach continues to grow and evolve with the ever-changing landscape — and it shows. From campaign building to deep analysis, they are constantly improving and enriching the way we work, especially with the integration of AI and agentic agents that have truly taken our capabilities to the next level.
What also sets Bloomreach apart is their investment in their community. They regularly host webinars, hackathons, and summits that keep you connected, inspired, and ahead of the curve. I was lucky enough to attend one of their summits last year — all expenses paid — and it was an experience I'm truly grateful for.
And of course, a big shout-out to the incredible Bloomreach team: Lindsey (our go-to person), Mohammed (always a pleasure), Mark (thanks for everything), Peter (still missed!), and all the wonderful people we've had the pleasure of working with over the years. Your support and guidance have been invaluable — we always know we can count on you!

**What do you dislike about Bloomreach?**

I still stand by everything mentioned in my previous review — the ability to export clickmaps, a more marketer-friendly survey feature, easier poll creation within emails, and simplified report setup are all still on my wishlist! The clickmap export in particular would be a huge win for sharing results with our Brand team and agencies without requiring them to log into Bloomreach directly.
On top of that, I'd love more hands-on experience with Bloomreach's AI agents. While I'm excited about where this technology is headed, I'd love to see a pilot program or a "try before you buy" option — something that allows teams like ours to explore the capabilities, build a real use case, and make a confident business case internally before fully committing. It would go a long way in helping us champion the technology within our organization.

**What do you like best about Bloomreach?**

Bloomreach makes it easy to deliver personalised customer experiences. I particularly like its powerful segmentation, product recommendations, and automation capabilities, which help improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Certain recommendation and merchandising features can feel restrictive, such as only being able to recall or work with a limited number of products in some scenarios. Smaller sites that don't get enough customers, do not get the same level as data as bigger sites

**What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloomreach helps us make the customer experience more relevant by showing the right products and content to the right people. It saves a lot of manual work around merchandising and helps us understand what customers are searching for and engaging with. The biggest benefit is being able to make quicker decisions and improve conversion rates without constantly having to manage everything manually

**What do you like best about Bloomreach?**

I love how easy to use and intuitive Bloomreach is. The UI is fantastic, making navigation smooth and effortless. I particularly appreciate how easy the integrations are with this tool. The documentation, training, and online materials are fantastic, which makes learning and utilizing the features much simpler. Their support is top-notch as well. The fact that Bloomreach seems to be built from the ground up makes it much simpler to work with compared to other tools whose components are stuck together from different organizations. I deliberately choose to work with clients where I can use Bloomreach rather than other tools like Adobe, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Unica, as Bloomreach is my preferred tool.

**What do you dislike about Bloomreach?**

I'm looking forward to the time when Google postmaster and Microsoft SNDS reports are available within the tool. They're not quite there yet, but I know they're coming soon.

**What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I help clients move from restrictive marketing automation software to Bloomreach. It is an excellent tool and clients are always happy once they've made the transition and gone through a period of training.

**What do you like best about Bloomreach?**

What stands out most about Bloomreach is the flexibility. As a financial services company, our customer journeys are very different from traditional e-commerce, and Bloomreach allows us to adapt the platform to our business rather than forcing us into a predefined way of working.

Having customer data, segmentation, automation, reporting, and customer journeys in the same platform has made it much easier to create relevant experiences and continuously optimize our CRM efforts. The scenario builder is particularly valuable because it allows us to build sophisticated customer journeys while maintaining a clear overview of the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Bloomreach?**

The biggest challenge is also one of its greatest strengths: flexibility. Because Bloomreach offers so many capabilities, there is a significant learning curve, especially during the initial implementation phase.

To fully unlock the value of the platform, teams need time to understand the data structure, reporting capabilities, and best practices for building scalable customer journeys. Once that foundation is established, the platform becomes much more intuitive, but the onboarding process can be demanding for new users.

**What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a CRM team, one of our biggest challenges is balancing personalization, efficiency, and scale. Bloomreach helps us bring customer data, automation, and customer journeys together in one place, making it easier to understand customer behavior and act on those insights.

The platform has reduced manual work, improved visibility into customer engagement, and given us greater flexibility when building and optimizing customer journeys. This has allowed us to focus more on creating value for customers and less on managing processes and tools.

The unified data model. Segments, journeys, email, web personalisation and predictions all run on the same data — no stitching tools together.
I've implemented it twice: at IDFinance (fintech, 7 markets, 2M+ customers) and at Hockerty & Sumissura (D2C fashion, global). In both cases the behavioural segmentation was the core of the retention strategy — churn risk audiences, LTV cohorts, real-time triggers synced directly with Meta Ads Custom Audiences.
The experimentation layer is solid too. A/B testing across full journeys, not just single emails, makes a real difference when optimising lifecycle flows.

**What do you dislike about Bloomreach?**

The initial setup requires serious upfront thinking — if you architect the data model wrong, you pay for it later.
Reporting still has room to grow for advanced cohort analysis, though the AI-assisted features they've been adding are heading in the right direction.

**What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting customer data, automation and personalisation in one place — without depending on multiple tools or manual data exports.
In practice: building lifecycle journeys triggered by real behaviour, syncing CRM segments directly to Meta Ads, and running experiments across the full funnel. That combination is what drives retention and repeat purchase.

What I like best about Bloomreach is how it brings customer data, segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation into one platform. It makes it much easier to create more relevant customer journeys without having to manually build every experience from scratch.

What I dislike about Bloomreach is that it is not always as user-friendly as it could be, especially for users who are less technical. Some tasks require coding or a stronger understanding of logic and syntax, which can make the platform feel less intuitive at first.

While the flexibility is valuable, it can also create a steeper learning curve.

The main problems Bloomreach is solving are personalization, segmentation, and campaign automation.

Building emails and workflows is generally straightforward after the initial learning curve.

There are several UI elements that are easy to overlook and can lead to mistakes.
The A/B test toggle is too easy to enable accidentally. It would be helpful to require a confirmation before activating it or make it more visually distinct.
The email preview does not always reflect exactly how the final email will appear. I've encountered situations where formatting or content issues only became visible after sending, making it difficult to catch mistakes during the review process.mplates to choose from,

**What do you like best about Bloomreach?**

I use Bloomreach as our customer marketing platform to manage customer data, send out email and SMS communications, build intelligent automation flows, and analyse performance and behaviour insights as an all-in-one solution. There are many other features I'm excited to start using too. It helps my team better understand key data without needing to wait for data science to pull reports on our behalf, so we can be much more reactive to key changes in the business, which matters since we run dozens of competitions a week at a high cadence. I've seen an increase in revenue across our email campaigns and a reduction in unsubscribe rates across our marketing channels due to the more intelligent nature of our automation flows and scenario setups. I like how it's easy enough to pick up, whilst also having a very high ceiling to learning the platform and mastering everything it has to offer. It excites me what we can extract from the data we already held and present and review as a business to make better informed decisions across our marketing. It offers us the ability to be front runners in our industry and stand out from competitors with disruptive ideas. I utilised Bloomreach for our welcome flows, taking users' behaviours into account to streamline their experience and onboard them on a more personal level. When I noticed customers were interested in particular competitions over others on site, I tailored that welcome journey around those key products to keep engagement high and learn how they interact with the site, and I saw more engagement on those flows compared to a standard 3 email welcome flow where every customer went through the same funnel. The UX is easy to understand. The initial setup was easy enough, Voxwise worked with our developers to get everything hooked up for our MVP, so it was fairly hands off for us after the initial chats.

**What do you dislike about Bloomreach?**

{"I find some of the reporting structures can be a little tricky to navigate and build.","I need additional 3rd party support from Voxwise to get some projects built quickly.","Loomi AI isn't very useful when trying to decipher what I need to do to get a specific report. I haven't had any luck asking it to produce a report that works for me.","Whatever the AI generates seems like a very long-winded method to get reporting results to show. Most of the time they are not correct, or the reports don't work properly.","The help centre and documentation are lacking. I want a better help centre or documentation area which explains and teaches how to do more simple reporting, with ideas and suggestions on how it could be developed over time.","I find the academy courses are sometimes not in depth enough on these areas or tailored to more generic businesses.","It can be overwhelming as a new user to build reports, and the onboarding wasn't very clear on how tags and initiatives work.","I rely on Voxwise for integrations, more complex report building, and CRM strategies.","Bloomreach doesn't recommend CRM initiatives for us; I would like it to suggest actions like building new email flows or web personalisation.","There is no in-app prompt when saving a metric/report asking if I'd like to add this to an initiative, which would help keep things clean and organised."}
