"Bloomreach Recommendations That Actually Convert"

What do you like best about Bloomreach?

we run an online store with a pretty wide catalog, and the AI recommendation engine is the part that's actually paid off. Before, the "you might also like" section felt random half the time, stuff that had nothing to do with what someone was browsing, Bloomreach's version actually learns from what people click and buy, so those suggestions started converting instead of just sitting there ignored. What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Setting it up took longer than the sales calls made it sound. Our product data had a lot of inconsistent naming across categories, and Bloomreach needed that cleaned up before the recommendations actually made sense. What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Once it was actually running, the recommendation engine made a real difference, we saw more people clicking through on suggested items instead of ignoring that section like before. The setup pain was real though, cleaning up messy product data ate more time upfront than we expected. Worth it once it was done, just wish we'd budgeted more time for that part.
