Our team uses Bloomfire, and it’s been a very helpful tool and resource. With Bloomfire, doing research is much easier and more efficient. It also has an AI assistant feature where you can simply ask for what you need, and it provides a direct, clear answer.

It’s not really a dislike, but I’m hoping that, aside from the stored data entered in Bloomfire, it can provide more options or answers that are also related to my questions.

We use Bloomfire as one of our main tools for research and for making sure we provide accurate information to our members. Bloomfire serves its purpose well by offering step-by-step guidance and information that is detailed and clear. It benefits me because it saves time and energy, and it feels like a one-stop shop for what I need.

**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

I like to refer to Bloomfire as the 'Google' for work. It provides a single platform to house multiple departments' documents and resources, allowing cross-functional departments to collaborate more effectively and offering a secure location for work instructions, sales information, and other important work-related documents. I appreciate the ease of use; I can type a work-related question into the search bar and find the articles or documents related to that subject. I also enjoy the tons of upgrade options, the use of AI, and multiple program integrations like Salesforce, Teams, and Sharepoint. It's a one-stop-shop for supporting departments to access the information they need.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

The upgrades are great, but I wish they were built into the annual cost, vs having to pay extra for each one. Our budget is approved annually, so upgrades along the way are of no use until the next budget alignment.

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bloomfire as a Google for work, providing a single platform for diverse department resources, allowing cross-functional collaboration, and housing vital work information securely. The search function could be better. Search can be inconsistent and I wish it would accommodate for typos or unexpected phrases.

**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

I find Bloomfire easy to use, and I really appreciate its Google search-like functionality, which allows quick access to relevant results. This feature saves us a lot of time as we don't have to sift through hundreds of decks to find what we're looking for. I also love the new author assist tool, which is awesome for summarizing key insights from decks. It eliminates the need for an extra step and is accurate and helpful in providing summaries quickly.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

I wish Bloomfire had increased accuracy with the search function so it could point directly to an insight on a specific slide. It would be great if I could ask a question and Bloomfire would take me directly to a specific answer on a specific slide.

Bloomfire helps create a research repository and saves us time with quick, relevant search results. The author assist tool accurately summarizes key insights, eliminating the extra time authors used to spend.

**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

I really like the clear user interface in Bloomfire; it’s well organized and easy to navigate. I can set up a database to store and organize content not just based on information content but also who it would be relevant for. The search feature is very intuitive, unlike other sites. I feel that Bloomfire presents results accurately so I don’t have to go into a rabbit hole to find information, which is helpful when I need to find it quickly while on the phone with a client. I also love that logging in through my work account is extremely easy. Once I do, it takes me automatically to my account on the website from an internet search engine without any interruption.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

Sometimes printing documents will result in the file shrinking on the actual page, this might be a hardware issue and not a Bloomfire problem though.

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bloomfire to quickly find specific information, helping me meet job expectations. Its clear interface and intuitive search save time when referencing data, even on calls with clients.

The search functionality almost always provides what I'm looking for, even if I don't know the perfect terms for the search.  This is especially helpful as a non-technical person swimming in technical responses and looking for a specific piece of information.

Each update provides improvements that while not missed, somehow still enhance usability. 

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting siloed answers out of chats/Teams/Slack/whatever and into a repository where they can be tagged, accessed, and made useful to others in the org is a huge lift that Bloomfire accomplishes for us.  

It also helps 'walk our talk' when positioning ourselves as a thought leadership organization to have centralized, easily found, and internally juried collateral available to use externally.

User interface and ease of processing. Use of AI and real time reference of what allowed AI to generate response was a key requirement of our implementation of the product we were looking for. Bulk upload is great for implementation.

Analytics is a bit limited at he moment. Tracking adoption is key to show integration of product in work flow. Still looking for identifiable trends and have to you outside software to get us there.

Communication of vetted and actionable content. Finding key information to accomplish tasks was a key pain point with SharePoint. Bloomfire looks to be the perfect solution for this objective.

Bloomfire's AI-powered search is a game-changer. It helps us find relevant content instantly, even across large volumes of posts and documents. The platform is extremely intuitive and has significantly improved our team’s productivity. We’ve cut down on repetitive questions, saved time onboarding new team members, and reduced unnecessary meetings. It's now our go-to hub for collaboration and knowledge management.

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to pick something, I’d say the customization options for branding and layout could be a little more flexible. It would also be great to have more advanced analytics built in. But overall, the core features more than make up for it.

Bloomfire helps us centralize our company knowledge so everyone can quickly access the information they need, when they need it. **What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

We've been using Bloomfire for a while now, and honestly, it's made a real difference in how we handle our company's information. It's just... easy to use. Even people who aren't tech wizards picked it up quickly and the implementation was the most stress-free project I've ever been a part of.

One of the best things is how simple it is to keep our information organized. We can find information quickly, and updating old content is a breeze. No more digging through piles of files! Plus, the AI feature is actually useful. It helps us find what we need and shows us where the info came from, which is exactly what our team needs.

We also like how everyone can chip in. If someone sees something wrong or missing, they can flag it. And if we have questions, we can use them to create new content. It feels like everyone's working together to keep things up-to-date.

And the reports? Incredible! We can see what people are looking at/for, which helps us figure out what's working and what's not. We can also spot people who are really good at helping others, and we can see where we have gaps in our knowledge. It helps us make better decisions about what content we need to create.

Basically, Bloomfire makes managing our knowledge way less of a headache. It's user-friendly, helpful, and gives us the information we need to do our jobs better, while maintaining maximum efficiency and high member satisfaction. If you're looking for a tool that just works, you've found what you are looking for!

Currently, only one team within the company uses Bloomfire.  Can't wait to get the rest of the company onboard, as it puts every other system we've every used to manage our complex, internal knowledgebase to shame.  I truly cannot recommend it enough and have zero negative feedback.

Bloomfire gives us instantaneous access to complex information that is constantly changing.  Information is easy to find and maintain and saves an incredible amount of time for our team.  The days of searching through multiple folders and being unsure if the information is accurate or up-to-date are gone.

The problem is that we need is have the necessary documents or explanation of the needed documents via video and forms. Bloomfire has been a valuable tool in my workplace. It helps me feel more confident in my daily tasks by allowing me to find answers to customer questions. The tool also lets me ask for help when I am unsure of an answer. Additionally, it provides a place to look up processes needed to resolve customer issues. The tool is streamlined, user-friendly, and easy to adapt to. The best part about Bloomfire is the recently added AI feature. This AI tool helps me respond to customer emails with a professional tone and clear explanations, making me sound knowledgeable and confident. It also assists me in providing feedback to colleagues by explaining how well they resolved customer issues and suggesting areas for improvement with proper grammar and professionalism. Bloomfire offers many benefits to any workplace environment.

The Bloomfire platform could be improved by adding a feature to identify duplicate posts, reducing extra work for admin users. If the system could highlight key words that might be posted differently, these posts could be deleted before being published. Additionally, when adding members, having just one or two authorization options, such as Author or Learner, would be helpful. The group feature would be more useful if it only included posts relevant to the group's topic. Another good option could be to automatically email users whenever a new post is added. This could encourage our associates to use the system more often. Bloomfire has many great features, and these small adjustments could enhance the platform.

Jason Pafford is a valued partner to our HR and Training team.  He has made a point to understand our strategic plans and demonstrate how Bloomfire can help.  He is the best!

We still are working to optimize content in the manner to make it accessible to our users.  That seems to be an ongoing issue.  But all in all it is great.

As an administrator, being able to ensure that the SOPs and Job Aides that my collegues are accessing are the correct source of truth has been transformative in ensuring that the correct workflows are being followed and reducing errors. The interface is very intuitive and the ability to see when the document has been updated helps provide ease in knowing that the document gets updated on a regular basis. It's easy for the teammate to search up the right document. Our teams use Bloomfire on a daily basis and the support team has been incredible.

No downsides to call out, implementing Bloomfire for the team has been easy, efficient and sustainable.

We previously had a problem of not having easy access to the right source of truth for documents. The assisted AI feature is incredibly intricate. I've realized for some other AI capabilities, you need to ask the question in a certain way otherwise it won't function correctly. Bloomfire's AI is not nearly as touchy and is a great resource even when I need to ask it a question in a pinch.

Bloomfire has been a game changer for our KM needs. The platform is incredibly easy to use and set up content making it accessible for everyone in our team. Their custoer service and tech support stand out the most - their communication is some of the best I've encountered, they're always available. The time difference means that I sometimes don't get a response right away, however as soon as their working day begins, I have an email waiting for me in my inbox. Even with complex issues such as working with a large data set, their team goes above and beyond to help.

I wouldn't say there's anything I "dislike", however while their AI feature is a game changer, we encountered some challenges during the set up primarily due to our very large data set. Bloomfire saw this as an opportunity to work even more closely with us to ensure we got this right so we could deliver content in a meaningful way for our teams and customers.

We call our Bloomfire community "the source of all knowledge", because it allows us to upload all the information needed for colleagues to perform their tasks. We can also update real time and let everybody know. Think of Bloomfire as Google for your company & this is what makes it easier to implement. Support is almost immediate, but you will rarely need it. We use this tool on a daily basis and we hardly encounter any issues.

Font for titles is pre-determined, so if your company has a pre set-marketing approved-guidelines, that could be an inconvenient , but nothing major.

Bloomfire has been easy to implement and easy to use. After reasearching many different options for months, I am glad we chose to go with it. The customer service was (and continues to be) absolutely amazing. The tool is simple to use on the back end and user end - and there are constantly improvements and updates. The new AI tools take KM to the next level!

On the Ask the Expert, we have to tag a "business unit" to get the question to the right person. I want that part to be highlighed or make it so people can't bypass that part and there is no way to do that currently.

Capturing the tacit knowledge that lives in our SME's heads. When people leave the company, the knowledge won't leave with them or be stuck in email or chat threads.
SME's not having to answer the same question multiple times a week.

Before Bloomfire, we had our resources in various locations and now we have a central KMS that can be fine tuned to our needs. The support we've received has been exceptional and it really helped with integration. Our teams use Bloomfire on a daily basis and we can't see ourselves performing without it.

I really like its very good search capabilities that enables users to search for specific keywords within articles without fully entering the page. It has good indexing capabilities that enable these search capabilities.

Great customer support! They were super helpful with the implementation, and the follow up after.

I think it's a great tool overall and it can be even better with some different layout for the articles on the screen so people can find what they need even faster. It's not far from it though, so keep up the good work. 

The other thing that was hard is how to let it work with the bank's IT security. It was a bit of a hard integration.
