What do you like best about Bloomfire?

It's like having a wiki, but without having to format anything. Allows us to post content to sales that pre-renders and gives the user a preview, plus they can scroll through without downloading. The app is easy to use and allows you to add content on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomfire?

We've had some login issues and problems in the past, sometimes customer service is slow to respond. There isn't a ticketing system, so that makes it a little frustrating. Once you get connected they take care of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?
