What do you like best about Bloomfire?

The customer service is outstanding, very friendly and knowledgeable. I have not met someone yet that has not been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomfire?

I do not have anything that I have come across that has not been what I would expect. If we ask for an enhancement they take it very serious and work to implement what is asked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bloomfire has listened and improved the notifications process. We now have more of a structured approval process when someone submits a notification that something needs to be updated.

They are also helping us learn more on how the AI capabilities will improve our overall search results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
