I find Bloomerang Volunteer easy to use and appreciate how straightforward it is to publish opportunities to potential volunteers. I can create detailed opportunity descriptions and forms that effectively secure volunteer information. The ability to easily share the link has led to more volunteers signing up and sharing with their networks, which is great for increasing my reach. It also provides easy access for volunteers to see what opportunities are available, fitting their skills and time availability. Additionally, Bloomerang Volunteer is helpful in recruiting, managing, and thanking the many volunteers we secure for various events throughout the school year. I would like more options in the forms. Things like drop-down menus, likert scales, etc. It was a learning curve that I am still navigating. I wish we could add icons.
