What do you like best about bliro?

Bliro is a fantastic, easy-to-use transcription tool for meetings across platforms like Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, etc. For offline meetings, you can also use the app to transcribe.

As far as I know, it’s the only transcription tool that is GDPR-compliant. The Bliro support team is very helpful and gets back to you quickly with the assistance you need. You can really feel the dedication and strong customer focus.

It’s been great to see the growth of this Munich start-up and how the tool has evolved over the years. I can highly recommend Bliro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about bliro?

Only one very minor point: sometimes the transcription isn’t assigned to the correct speaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is bliro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bliro mainly helps with transcribing online meetings, which used to be very cumbersome to document properly, so hardly anyone did it. We now use it in the sales and project management departments for both external and internal meetings. It helps us summarize what was discussed and serves as a solid basis for follow-ups. Overall, it saves a significant amount of time and therefore costs, and it also improves transparency within an account—especially for handovers when people leave the company.
