What stands out most is how quickly we can turn a real safety issue into an interactive training experience. Traditional safety training tends to rely heavily on PowerPoints, videos, or classroom instruction, but BLCK UNICRN gives us a way to recreate the actual environment and the decision-making employees face on the job without needing a large development team.

The authoring workflow feels straightforward, and the AI-assisted tools are especially helpful for moving from an initial idea to a structured training scenario. We can start with a hazard or a process, generate an initial experience, and then customize it to match the equipment, terminology, and procedures our teams actually use. The biggest challenge is making safety training memorable enough that employees can actually apply it in the field. BLCK UNICRN helps by letting people practice identifying hazards and making decisions, rather than simply being told what the correct answer is. It also makes it much easier to build training around situations that would be expensive, disruptive, or unsafe to recreate physically, so the learning feels more realistic without putting anyone at risk.
