Had a little bit of difficulty setting it up in the beginning. We had some problems with workspace management. However, we were able to get on Zoom meetings and direct calls with Blaze AI's support team, who were able to walk us through and refund our account for any additional charges incurred while we were kind of in between two sandboxes. While it was an issue getting started, the team was really helpful in getting every issue resolved. Also, had some workspace sandbox issues where certain things weren't copying over and weren't able to move our subscription over, but the customer support team was able to address these things and get us going in the right direction.
