What do you like best about Blastable?

Now that I own a small business, I love that Blastable has brought simplicity to my email marketing. Campaigns made simple As a small business, time is scarce, so a user-friendly interface works for me. I like the segmentation tools because they clarify who I should focus. A/B testing was never an option for me, but seeing how you could use it was an eye-opener and it has helped me make my messaging so much clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blastable?

Though on that journey, I've had my fair share of frustration with the integration capabilities of Blastable. Given my reliance on multiple other business tools, I expected better syncing with my CRM and e-commerce. And, the reporting features seem a little basic as well. Exporting data and producing more in-depth analyses is often the way I end up, but this process does take time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blastable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Blastable has mainly solved my time problem in email marketing. Before I spent too many hours for creating email campaigns. Now, I can create automated sequences to take care of nurturing leads and re-engaging them time and time again without having to do so manually for every single customer. This has freed up my time to develop other aspects of my business. It definitely has its weaknesses, but even just the time-saving aspect alone is well worth it in my business.
