"Powerful Virtual Classroom Tool"

What do you like best about Class?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it was imperative to find a good virtual classroom that was effective in engaging our students. Blackboard Collaborate was our saving tool that allowed our professors to connect with their students, either one-on-one or an entire class. Collaborate has a ton of features that really made it possible to have connections while being apart. Some of the tools that we used the most were the whiteboard, application sharing, and adding powerpoints to the virtual meeting. Using Collaborate created great engagement and interactions for everyone in the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Class?

Some of the Blackboard Collaborate interfaces could use updating. Since Blackboard has upgraded to Ultra I think it could look a little more similar to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Class solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the issue of having to hold classes virtual instead of in person. It allows students the freedom to learn wherever they are instead of coming to campus. It has been really beneficial for students to learn through using a different type of technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
