I loved the customization and how as a researcher I had so much capability to add or edit information that I have verified, every other product I have tried does not give me nearly enough freedom to do my own calculations and verification. I also loved that you can find the record for properties, business assets, etc that may not have shown up in a screening and add it to a constituents record.
