I’m a software developer, and a large part of my job is writing customizations for Blackbaud Enterprise Fundraising CRM. What I appreciate most about the product is its customization potential. Our University Advancement organization has several hundred staff members who are constantly coming up with new ideas for engaging with and serving our constituents. With Blackbaud CRM, if we can imagine it, then we can implement it.

The CRM provides a strong backbone with useful structures like forms and data lists, and we add the custom code that lets our fundraisers work effectively with our specialized data. Overall, the system feels intuitive and is well documented, and the development community is supportive and willing to share ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside that comes to mind is that the pages often don't scale well to smaller screens with large font size, but I"m guessing SKY API will fix all that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
