What do you like best about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

I like that Blackbaud Enrollment Management System is easy to navigate for the most part. The applicant status feature helps out tremendously. It keeps me on track and allows me to move families forward in the application process. The checklist and the ability to see what else is needed are particularly useful. What do you dislike about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

One thing I would really like is to make it easier to pull the email addresses from the inquiries so I can reach out to families as a group and not have to do so much manual work to pull that information. I think there are a few features that need to be set up in our system to make things a bit more streamlined on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Blackbaud Enrollment Management System to track students and families, manage profiles, and track notes.
