My favorite thing about Blackbaud CRM is the side panel where it keeps my history. What do you dislike about Blackbaud Enterprise Fundraising CRM? As someone who uses this for my specific college, I get frustrated with the Education tab. I can make the Education stay on my main screen, however, I cannot see the actual degree name of the person I'm looking at. When I'm trying to determine whether this person is an alumnus from my department, it would be great to see that at first glance instead of having to fish for it every time I bring up a record. You are able to store so much information about any one constituent or group. Blackbaud CRM categorizes the information so it's easy to find what you're looking for without scrolling and clicking for hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Blackbaud Enterprise Fundraising CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Currently, the biggest business problem I'm solving with Blackbaud CRM is the ability to do a "fuzzy search". Our previous system did not allow this and it was difficult to identify an alumnus if they were going by a nick name or if they'd been married and didn't include their maiden name. Blackbaud CRM has allowed us to track these folks down and ensure their records are updated as we receive new information.
