What do you like best about Black Owl Lease Accounting Solution?

The Black Owl site is intuitive and easy to use. With only minimal training from a colleague, I was able to jump into the system and create a new lease on my own without any trouble. What problems is Black Owl Lease Accounting Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software lets us generate our various ROU asset and lease liability schedules and keep everything in one centralized place.
