Maybe that if you use the bl.ink domain instead of one of your own, people might be less familiar (or not at all) with the domain and therefore less likely to click on the link, because they can feel suspicious. Compared to other more popular similar services, this is the one thing I can think of as a beginner using links to track clicks. **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** I sell some products on Amazon for which I put links on social media, which creates very long links. One of my favorite things about bl.ink is the campaigns. When we launch a new content-piece, it's great to be able to keep track of what marketing campain it belongs to, as well as the source, medium, etc. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** I wish it was easier to create a bunch of links at once. Right now, if we share content/links on all our different socials, we need to manually create links fo reach. It would be awesome if there was a way to automatically generate these for each platform with a suffix (like yt, twtr, lnkdin, ,etc) **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since most platforms do not have great analytics, we are using blink to keep track of howmany clicks they get, the origin, device, etc. I am just a content creator for my company, so I rarely touch the analytics side. Why the system will provide previously created short links if a duplicate full URL is provided, this often comes late in that creation process. What we got was a tool that provided answers to the "don't know what we don't know" questions. Now that's a valuable vendor partner relationship! They've been accommodating and responsive during the onboarding process, providing technical support for setup, high-level guidance and best practices, and quickly brought us to the threshold of Time To Value. Surprisingly, they have a robust series of onboarding emails that are doled out to new users - something we don't need to create in-house now - which will enable all employees to become deeply fluent in the tool. Although it got well sorted on a reasonable timeline, a few interactions felt like we were bug testing for them.
