What do you like best about BiznusSoft Field Service?

We are constantly on the move in the field and the BiznusSoft Field Service app helps us do much to easily see our schedule and work orders and inventory. We really enjoyed getting to know their project and technical team during implementation and training. They went above and beyond to really get to know us and our business. What do you dislike about BiznusSoft Field Service?

I can’t think of anything I dislike because the team configured the system to meet our requirements, so it was set up from the beginning to be customized to match our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BiznusSoft Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using BiznusSoft we were using a mismatch of multiple applications which resulted in inflated costs Now it’s all handled in one system: Salesforce so we don’t have to do all this manual work to export data across systems and try to bring it together. It’s already together now for easy reporting in Salesforce. And the team built out our dashboards and reports during implementation so Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
