What do you like best about BizMagnets - ChatOps For WhatsApp?

BizMagnets gave us exactly what we were missing — a proper helpdesk and workflow engine that runs entirely on WhatsApp. Our team handles 100+ client chats daily, and before this, everything was scattered across groups and shared inboxes. Now, every incoming message becomes a ticket with auto-assignment, SLA tracking, and even field-level follow-ups. What do you dislike about BizMagnets - ChatOps For WhatsApp?

As an early-stage product, there were a few rough edges initially — especially around custom reporting and UI polish in some modules. But the team is incredibly responsive. We saw frequent updates and many of our suggestions were implemented within weeks. It’s improving fast, and the core functionality is already rock-solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BizMagnets - ChatOps For WhatsApp solving and how is that benefiting you?

At Athulya, we already had a strong process for managing patient interactions and internal coordination — but it was largely manual and spread across WhatsApp groups. Our goal was to digitize this 100%, without changing the tools our teams were already comfortable with.

BizMagnets gave us exactly that. It transformed WhatsApp into a structured ticketing and workflow platform. Messages became assignable tasks with clear SLAs, audit trails, and automated updates.
