What do you like best about BizHIRE?

I appreciate BizHIRE for saving me time with its efficient resume parser and AI job description tools. I find the AI candidate scoring feature really beneficial, and I especially like the custom scorecards, which are easy to use and allow me to change fields as needed. What do you dislike about BizHIRE?

The onboarding process could be slightly more guided for first-time users. A more detailed tutorial or walkthrough when you first log in would help new users get up to speed faster. What problems is BizHIRE solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before BizHIRE, hiring was time-consuming and prone to human error during screening. Now, with features like smart screening, candidate talent pool, and reporting & analytics, I can make data-backed hiring decisions quickly. It has helped me save significant time and cost the platform claims 50% cost savings and my experience reflects that.
