Its easy to get started with, even if you’re not very techincal. I mostly use it to create process diagrams and document worlflows. The interface is clean and straightforward, so its fast to build clear, professional looking diagrams without a lot of friction. It also has enough flexibility to handle more complex workflows while still feeling simple for everyday tasks. It follows BPMN standards, which makes sharing and aligning with other teams much easier.
