"Intuitive Media Buying Hub, but Reporting Needs Flexibility"

What do you like best about Bizabee?

What I like most about Bizabee is that it consolidates all insertion orders, vendor commitments, delivery pacing, and budget tracking into a single live shared workspace for our media team at Global Reach Media LLC. Everyone works off the same set of live records, so there’s no more confusion from multiple spreadsheet versions floating around. If a publisher starts underdelivering impressions mid-campaign, we can flag the issue directly inside Bizabee the moment we catch it, instead of waiting until a scheduled client check-in to discover the problem. I remember a recent awareness campaign we ran with a premium lifestyle publisher. Halfway through the flight, our planner noticed impression delivery was falling short of our IO target. Back when we were on Mediaocean, we would’ve had to jump between spreadsheets and old email threads to pull the contract terms and calculate remaining budget. Now we logged the underdelivery note right inside Bizabee, tagged the IO, and pulled a delivery summary export quickly. I took that data and cross-referenced it with the ad recall responses we collected from CreateSurvey. The survey results showed decent brand recall among users who actually saw the ads. That told me the creative was solid; the problem was purely insufficient reach from the publisher. With that insight, we convinced the client to shift a portion of their budget to another inventory source, and we got the campaign back on track. The collaboration features save so much back-and-forth email work. Our media planners and account managers can check live campaign status anytime, and they don’t need me to keep sending updated spreadsheets as attachments. The UI feels really intuitive for our planners. Logging new insertion orders and flagging delivery issues is simple. Setting up our core workspace, user permissions, and publisher libraries didn’t take long, and configuring delivery alerts was straightforward. Our overall rollout went smoothly. All in all, Bizabee cuts hours of manual report building and messy spreadsheet maintenance each month, so our team can spend more time analyzing campaign performance instead of chasing down IO records. What do you dislike about Bizabee?

My main gripes with Bizabee are limited custom reporting, basic delivery alert logic, and the lack of native integrations to connect with CreateSurvey. The built-in report templates are rigid; I can’t drop in custom calculated fields or build tailored spend versus impression dashboards on demand. Bizabee also cannot automatically combine its media delivery data with our survey responses from CreateSurvey. I’m forced to export CSVs, clean them up, and merge everything manually in a separate spreadsheet. A good example happened while we were wrapping up a campaign for a DTC beauty brand last quarter. I needed a consolidated report showing publisher delivery burn paired with ad-experience survey feedback for our client presentation. I exported data from Bizabee, then pulled the CreateSurvey results. I spent close to an hour reordering columns and matching rows, and I almost pasted the wrong subset of survey data into the report. That risked presenting misleading numbers to the client. The delivery alert rules are pretty basic too. I can’t set separate thresholds for different publishers or campaign types. Some of our long-term media vendors have pre-negotiated grace periods for minor delivery fluctuations, but Bizabee flags those minor dips automatically. That floods my inbox with false positive alerts that I have to filter out every morning. Migration during onboarding was another headache. There is no native connector to import our old IOs from Mediaocean. We had to manually reformat CSV files before upload. On my first import, I left out several line items for a retail client’s active media buy. A planner tried checking that IO and couldn’t see the full record, so I had to recreate those entries one by one. That cleanup cost me extra hours. Our senior team members, who were used to Mediaocean’s workflow, also needed a short live demo to get comfortable navigating IO entries inside Bizabee. None of these issues are bad enough to make us switch platforms, but customizable reports, smarter conditional alerts and native CSV/third-party tool linking would eliminate most of this manual busywork.
