The thing that really matters to me is that Bitwarden is open-source and allows for self-hosting. That means our vault isn't sitting on anyone else's server, it's on ours and that works fine without any issue. Also, the free-tier offering is very generous. Sharing passwords with the rest of the team doesn't require dumping them into an email or slack channel. It has its own authenticator for generating two factor authentication codes which means i don't have to use another app and it includes single sign-on (sso) and directory sync options should your company need those. The user interface looks super dated/clunky. I've heard many people say the exact same thing about it, and i wholeheartedly agree. The admin-side requires extra steps to accomplish anything. The learning curve for this tool was much longer than i anticipated. Some of the paid features require license files - which was a real pain to figure out. Autofilling sometimes behaves erratically when using complicated login screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
