Easy to use and one of the best password managers I’ve tried. I’ve used other tools before, and this one stands out.

For personal use, it’s a must-have for keeping unique, secure passwords. For business, it’s also great for sharing secrets with colleagues. It works smoothly across the browser extension, desktop app, and mobile apps, and the overall experience is straightforward. On Mac, if you use the desktop app, you can unlock your vault with Touch ID, which is really convenient.

Syncing between devices is fast. I don’t know what it costs for my current company, but for personal use it’s free, which makes it an easy way to manage passwords. The main limitation in the free version, as far as I can tell, is 2FA. I’ve never needed to contact support because onboarding is simple: you can jump in and quickly understand how everything works. I think it works perfectly for my needs. I haven’t noticed any drawbacks, and I don’t feel like it has fewer features than other options. The only thing I miss is being able to use an image as my profile avatar, and the color choices are limited. I have two BW accounts—one personal and one for my company—and I switch between them often. The avatar is a quick way to tell which account I’m currently using when I’m changing between them, so it would be better if I could choose any color or use any image.
