What do you like best about Bitrix24?

With the Drag option they provided in their CRMs, we can create stages and pipelines for different categories of our work and departments and easily drag and drop the leads. Moreover, it provides many other options, like making a deal with the amount, and we can select any currency there. Apart from this, many other valuable tools are available in the CRM.

Bitrix24 prioritizes the security of user data and provides various security measures, including data encryption, two-factor authentication, access controls, and regular backups. At times, the platform feels overly crowded, with an abundance of features that can make it confusing, particularly for newcomers. The interface occasionally runs slowly, and certain tools require some effort to figure out. While it generally functions well, the experience isn't always as smooth as it could be. What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bitrix24 has helped me address the challenge of managing customers and work that used to be scattered across multiple platforms. Previously, my workflow was disorganized, with leads in one application, tasks in another, and chats in yet another place. Now, with Bitrix24, all my CRM information, deals, calls, messages, and tasks are centralized. This makes it much easier for me to track leads, follow up promptly, and ensure I don’t overlook any customers. What do you like best about Bitrix24?

I don't have to keep track of my calendar; I get reminders for each task that is due, whether it's a client query or simple updates. I can integrate with BI tools for generating reports, and everything is seamlessly managed by the mobile app and desktop application. When I'm traveling or not near my personal computer, I can open the mobile app to check for updates from the tech team or my manager and reply directly through my phone. What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

Sometimes I don't get the mobile app notification, which leads to opening the application to check the notification, which consumes more time. Bitrix24 is offering free plan and that free plan itself is so helpful for small team as it offers useful functions like CRM basic, tasks and projects. Automating the repetitive tasks and recurring workflows is something which is already built in. This helps a lot in terms of reducing the manual intervention. Real-time chat, group messaging and even video conferencing helps to collaborate within a short notice. Additionally, this is scalable as it has variety of plans tailor made for variety of teams.
