It makes finding and placing the right footage a breeze. Biteable is also quite easy to use and pick up quickly if you need to get things done. **What do you dislike about Biteable?** Everything is online - so there can be some waiting for things to load and render. However this is an understandable issue given what the Biteable does. I personally found some of the animations limited - and maybe wish there were more. I also wish there were maybe just a few more advanced editing features and controls. Arguably though Biteable exists though for people who are not using big fancy edition softwares like Adobe premiere. **What problems is Biteable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Biteable offers a huge library of stock video, animations and editing capabilities. I use it for explainer videos for myself and clients. I have used Biteable for ALL my professional development presentations at school conferences and Open House, receiving outstanding feedback on how professional, creative, and engaging my videos were. Additionally, my son has used it for all his group presentations at the college level and has always received top grades and feedback from his peers and professors alike. It is extremely easy to use, very intuitive, and offers SO MANY options for layout and design! I also like that there is a template with characters and musical background for any theme/project. Additionally, it is very easy to add, delete, or modify existing slides at any point. While it is extremely easy to learn how to create with Biteable, the final, finished product looks very polished, professional, and engaging! Another nice feature is how prompt and professional staff are at responding to questions or troubleshooting/fixing problems. Finally, Biteable is ALWAYS adding new content options to the presentation groupings, and users also have the opportunity to upload their own images or materials as well! **What do you dislike about Biteable?** My only comment is more of a suggestion rather than a "dislike." I wish Biteable had a clearly marked package with special pricing for teachers and students. Although there is a free side, it would be even better for students if teachers could purchase packages for specific numbers of students? -Other than that, there is NOTHING to dislike about Biteable, especially given its price-point! **What problems is Biteable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have found biteable to be the perfect presentation venue for any level, ranging from scholarly and serious to playful and engaging. Additionally, the array of templates, objects, colors, and music for background make any video complete. The time it takes to use Biteable is minimal compared to some more heavy and unintuitive platforms. This has made it exceptional for my son, especially, as he has a number of group presentations each year and EVERY TIME he uses Biteable for his projects, the content matter is easily presented in whatever lens is necessary for the presentation . ### 13. I like the templates, the ability to upload images from Unsplash, the simple interface, and being able to create a video quickly. Overall, I think this is a good tool and good value for money when compared to similar tools on the market. **What do you dislike about Biteable?** There are not too many options. Biteable 3.0 is not very user-friendly. It's difficult to drag and change the timing of each slide. I wish it were easier to change the slide speeds. More templates and more options to customize the videos would be super. I can't upload PowerPoint slides to Biteable to create the videos. It's a nice-to-have feature. **Recommendations to others considering Biteable:** It's a great video creation tool, but has some limitations. If you are not looking for something super sophisticated, then this is the one for you. The individuals are very friendly and prompt with the average questions. The 1.0 is more user friendly and there are many templates to use. **What do you dislike about Biteable?** I paid for a premium subscription in order to produce three videos a month. I used the 3.0 Biteable version to create a video. I had problems with the download and none of the service people could find the problem. As a result of a time difference and a holiday, I had to wait for a week for the video to be 'fixed' by a more experienced service representative. However, the video was shorted, and now I have to resize each of the scenes, which takes a significant amount of time due glitches in the tool used to extend or shorten each scene. I have edited the video on a PC as well as a MAC and both have the same challenges when changing the time of the scenes. It has been three weeks and I still have not been able to publish one video due to a delay from their customer service. **Recommendations to others considering Biteable:** Consider the time frame and if you have 24hr to wait when there is a technical challenge that the general customer service cannot answer. **What problems is Biteable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was creating a short 3-4 min video for training for our student leaders. The problem with the video rendering has not be solved and I am still waiting to hear back from customer service. If you live in a different time zone than Australia, I recommend finding a different video creating service. You will have to wait for a significant amount of time and will miss any personal or business deadlines. ### 20. While not all scenes may be applicable towards your line of business, there is enough variety out there that you should have no problem putting together a one minute video that says something about your company. The fact that they have quite a bit of royalty free music is also a big plus. **What do you dislike about Biteable?** There are a few limitations, but the main one is that it doesn't offer you the ability to record or even upload a voice over. The other issue is that while the themes may be different, the style of the video is always the same. I've probably made 20 different videos with Biteable, but all of them pretty much have the same message, it is very difficult to create any kind of informative video using Biteable, its really just a tool for cheesy marketing videos, and none of them have really gotten any views. **Recommendations to others considering Biteable:** Biteable is constantly adding new themes and scenes which is great. They've added a few new features over the last year or so, but none of it has really improved the product. At the end of the day it might be nice to use it to make a video or two, but don't expect to gain much of out of it. Definitely not worth investing money in it, just create a free account. **What problems is Biteable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was hoping that by creating a bunch of videos, it may help with our video SEO, however, like I said, none of these videos have really received any views.
