I've been using Bit.ai for about 4 months to manage our team's internal documentation and client proposals. What stands out most is the ability to embed live content directly into documents, we embed Figma designs, Loom videos, and Google Sheets, and everything updates in real-time. The smart search is another lifesaver; finding old docs across workspaces takes seconds instead of digging through folders. Real-time collaboration with inline comments and @mentions has cut down our back-and-forth on Slack significantly. For a team handling 40+ active documents, Bit.ai has become our single source of truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside for me is that Bit.ai has no dedicated mobile app. When I'm away from my laptop and need to check a client brief or review a draft, I have to use the mobile browser which feels clunky and slow. As a freelance blog writer who sometimes works on the go, this is genuinely frustrating and slows me down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
