"Bit.ai Keeps Our Docs in Sync with Live Embeds, Smart Search, and Collaboration"

What do you like best about Bit.ai?

I've been using Bit.ai for about 4 months to manage our team's internal documentation and client proposals. What stands out most is the ability to embed live content directly into documents, we embed Figma designs, Loom videos, and Google Sheets, and everything updates in real-time. The smart search is another lifesaver; finding old docs across workspaces takes seconds instead of digging through folders. Real-time collaboration with inline comments and @mentions has cut down our back-and-forth on Slack significantly. What do you dislike about Bit.ai?

The biggest downside for me is that Bit.ai has no dedicated mobile app. When I'm away from my laptop and need to check a client brief or review a draft, I have to use the mobile browser which feels clunky and slow. What problems is Bit.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I started using Bit.ai, I had a problem with documentation. My documents were spread across Google Drive, Notion, and Slack. I often didn't know where to find the latest version of a file. This was really frustrating.

Bit.ai changed that. Now I have one place where everything lives. My Standard Operating Procedures, client proposals, and meeting notes are all organized in one place.

The search feature is really smart. It helps me find documents in seconds instead of minutes. This has cut down on questions like "Where's this file?" by a lot, at least 70%.

For client proposals, Bit.ai has a document tracking feature. I can see who opened my proposals and how long they spent reading them. This helps me know when to follow up. It has helped me close deals faster.

I also like that I can collaborate in real time and leave comments directly inside the document. This has reduced the amount of back and forth I have on Slack. Bit.ai has been a big help in my daily workflow. I use Bit.ai to collaborate on client proposals and other documents. Bit.ai is where all my important documents live.
