The best aspect about using Bind for me personally is that it is user friendly especially with the graphical user interface. When it was adopted in our company, it worked very well and caused a positive shift in results, in terms of performance. But at the same time, I have to except that it took me a certain time to understand almost all the features which are implemented in Bind. However, your constant support from the technical team made me easily answer any questions or problems that came up.
