What do you like best about Binary?

We use Binary to collect application profiles, auto-filter candidates using its AI, and reach out to candidates to schedule interviews. The AI filtering saves us a ton of manual screening time, and the scheduling flow means we're not bouncing between tools to coordinate interview slots. What problems is Binary solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Binary, our hiring process was scattered across spreadsheets and email threads - collecting application profiles, manually screening each candidate, and coordinating interview times was eating up hours every week. With Binary, we collect all application profiles in one place, let the AI auto-filter candidates so we only spend time on the strongest fits, and reach out to schedule interviews directly from the platform.
