What do you like best about Billbay?

Billbay has helped us to reduce timeline for invoice settlement. The Peppol ready invoicing module has automated the entire process, saving time by eliminating manual data entry,calculations and look ups. The solution ensures accurate calculations and consistent formatting, minimizing billing disputes. We onboarderd 10 plus users within a week of go-live Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Billbay?

Like any software, invoicing software can encounter technical issues such as system crashes, bugs, or compatibility problems. These issues can disrupt your invoicing process and require troubleshooting or technical support. It took sometime to connect to Billbay support.It also needs to improvise in the area of Payment gateways and the banking sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Billbay solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used it for a finance client and used built-in features like automatic tax calculations and data validation. Billbay reduces the chances of human errors in invoices.This tool helped us in reconciliation of amount.It is also helping us in presenting reports to senior executives. It was easy to connect our PeopleSoft system to Peppol network as this was an out of the box feature by Billbay. Implementing Billbay was a huge leap in our digital transformation program.
