**What do you like best about BIGContacts?**

Automated workflows with recurring task with highly beneficial. We can define triggers for automated actions. It is also possible to set reminders for specific task  and deliver them to the people involved.

**What do you dislike about BIGContacts?**

We can not perform a search for stored templates to locate the right template and have to scroll through the list.

**What problems is BIGContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of time for our team has been freed up since we switched to BIGContacts. Instead of performing repetitive admin tasks manually, we let the system take care of them for us. All the contact records are automatically updated, and changes are logged instantly. This not only saves time for us but also enhances business efficiency.

**What do you like best about BIGContacts?**

BIGContacts helps us manage our sales opportunities using a visual pipeline. We can add custom stages to this pipeline and move the opportunities with a simple drag-and-drop interface. Sales reps can use this tool to set up alerts to engage with prospects and customers at the most appropriate time. The CRM application also helps us track sales performance with insightful reporting and analytics.

**What do you dislike about BIGContacts?**

While it is possible to score and segment leads manually, there is no in-built feature for doing the same.

**What problems is BIGContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BIGContacts has helped our sales representatives be more efficient by providing them with a consolidated view of all customer data in one place. They can access this information remotely on any mobile device. This makes it easier to log sales activities directly from the field and keep contact records well-updated.

BigContacts offers a visual sales pipeline that gives a quick peek into all contacts and their respective stages in the sales cycle, along with other important information. The best part is we can also drag and drop deals to build a custom pipeline that is in sync with the sales cycle.

The tool can have more direct integrations with email marketing and social media platforms.

BigContacts has been instrumental in bringing our sales process on track. Unlike before when agents worked in their separate space and no one had the tiniest idea on the overall progress, things have now changed for the better. With the tool’s centralized pipeline, it’s easy to keep a close watch on deals and their progress, as well as the team’s performance.

**What do you like best about BIGContacts?**

BigContacts is one of the best tools we have used that has helped us grow our sales figure to a great extent. We particularly loved the centralized system of managing opportunities, tracking pipeline, and all customer communications. In addition to this, the tool’s automation are a huge help in ensuring timely follow-ups.

It would be great if BigContacts comes up with a system to deduplicate records.

BigContacts is helping us grow our sales. Being a startup, improving sales is a constant concern. We started with nothing and today we can proudly say that our sales figure is on a rising spree, and a major part of the credit goes to BigContacts, for helping our sales staff close high-value deals faster.

It is easy to customize the data fields, making contact management more efficient. Additionally, you can customize the sales pipeline by adding or removing stages. One of the best features of BIGContacts is remote access to data.

It would help if the custom fields feature is added to the Webforms as well.

We have transformed the way we track leads with BIGContacts. Since we have the necessary information at our disposal, our customer interactions have become much more personalized. Also, we use BIGContacts to schedule calls or appointments, saving time for our sales representatives.

Bulk actions for tasks on the calendar and list view is one of the best features of this CRM. We don’t have to make changes to every task manually, which saves a lot of time. Additionally, custom reminders help us connect with our clients at the right time.

Some speed lag issues occur at times, but there have been significant improvements recently.

Our team has been able to stay on top of all tasks and client communications with BIGContacts. It is easy to schedule and log meetings with this CRM. The team and individual calendar views make task tracking easier. Furthermore, BIGContacts has an excellent reporting module, which provides better visibility into our business processes and team performance.

BigContacts is a simple tool that has streamlined contact management for our sales team. For a long time, our sales staff have been struggling with managing data in spreadsheets, Google Drive, and emails. With this tool, we have been able to steer our way out of the chaos and bring more clarity to our sales process.

We have just started using the tool, so it’s too early to identify the negatives.

BIGContacts is one of the simplest tools we have used so far. No prior coding experience or technical skills required.

If I be honest, there is nothing that the software lacks in, except some features like lead scoring that can be added for a better user experience.

BIGContacts was easy to set up. The onboarding assistance offered by the support team helped us significantly. Maintenance of the CRM tool is uncomplicated and quick as well. We can easily pull the necessary information from the CRM system using the reporting module, which helps us make better business decisions.

Searching for specific contact records can be made more intuitive and easier. Currently, you must enter the exact search query to get the results.

Unlike other CRM tools we have previously used, BIGContacts is pretty straightforward and intuitive. The pricing is quite affordable too. Integrations such as Mailchimp and Quickbooks work quite well.

Teams from different departments can access contact records, previous communication, and the smallest of details about leads on a single platform. They can also share files with each other and stay on the same page with instant alerts and notifications.

We would love to see an improved version of the tool’s mobile app.

We can easily add custom data fields, take notes, add files, and include tags that enrich contact profiles. It is also easy to limit user access with custom roles and permissions. Since the tool is GDPR compliant, we do not have to worry about data security and confidentiality.

The mobile version of the CRM could have a better interface.

The reporting module with pre-built templates and custom filters helps us keep track of all our business activities. We also like that it’s easy to save these reports, so we do not have to go through the creation process every time to access the reports.

The mobile version of the app is currently not as functional as the desktop version.

We have been able to achieve better efficiency and productivity with BIGContacts. All our leads get captured from web forms and stored in the CRM system, which helps us stay organized. Our executives use the pipeline to track the movement of these leads toward conversion. Overall, our sales numbers have seen a spike since we adopted BIGContacts.

The webforms for lead capturing work well. The email and letter templates provided by BIGContacts save a huge chunk of our time. Email and skype integrations help connect with customers at the right time. Overall performance of the tool is satisfactory.

Some API integrations only offer limited functionality. I hope they continue to integrate more business tools with time.

**What do you like best about BIGContacts?**

BigContacts seems to be the best way to extract data, contact information has all the addresses, tasks and notes in one place, making it easier for everyone to keep track of what is going on with each company . I really like it since I can add custom fields to contacts as a favorite product and even run a search for that field, alerts are very helpful since I don't always go to the website every day so I will know if I have a task if I get a email. I could go for marketing but I'm small enough to do personal emails.

**What do you dislike about BIGContacts?**

When I sign up I can send thank you cards and follow-up emails, but I had to sign up for a vertical response so I have to enter contact information twice to do all of that, I have asked for technical assistance on integration but after several emails, I have never received a direct response just that they are working with a provider.

**Recommendations to others considering BIGContacts:**

We recommend it thanks to its excellent ability to enter information from social networks, the ability to see the daily, weekly and monthly calendar of your entire team. Basic or personalized reports, it is much better than other management companies that I have used, the price is reasonable but some aspects really need a lot of improvements.

**What problems is BIGContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us look like a great company with recurring task lists, bulk emails, and email storage. Have a place for customer information whether it's a full or pending sale, billing or maintenance issues, and scheduling tasks. Historical data on the consumption of communications, be it phone calls, faxes, meetings, and attachments, including the direct marketing of this type of offer promotion plan for all or some clients.

Web based means my data is available from any internet connected device. Great help and technical support when required.

There is a limit to how much the appearance can be customised but that's not a deal breaker for me.

Take the free trial - what have you got to lose?

Be prepared to do some work on any CRM you implement - it will only work for you if you use it and have the whole team on board!

I run a small automotive recruitment business in Melbourne Australia and have used local databases for many years. In this industry you need to keep track of "who's who in the zoo" and all previous interactions with them.

Several years ago I switched from PC to Mac. 

My database software was PC only and rather than install Windows on my beautiful new iMac I decided to look for alternatives that would work easily cross-platform.

Despite knowing very little about web based applications at that time, I decided to give BigContacts a try. The learning curve was reasonably painless and the support available from BigContacts made the transition relatively easy.

At the time I had an associate based in another state and it was great to have both of us on the same CRM as It allowed me to easily monitor his activities and share information.

Since then BigContacts have released a new and improved version of the software. BigContacts are very pro-active when it comes to improving the CRM and innovating new features. They take the time to talk to their users and are receptive to all feedback and feedback.

I cannot compare BigContacts to other similar products, but because it works so well I have no intention of changing anytime soon.

I believe that all businesses will benefit from using a web based CRM. If a "one man band" like me can derive significant upside from using BigContacts, the benefits for a business with multiple staff / locations will be even greater.

Being able to keep a history of notes from previous conversations and link your outlook so that you can find emails to reference easily.

**What do you dislike about BIGContacts?**

Running some reports and wanting to modify reports can be a little difficult.

If you do not have a CRM program and would like to stay in contact with your leads and customers. This is a great program for that.

**What problems is BIGContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being in contact with customers and leads. We are able to send auto pilot emails so that we stay on our customer's mind so they remember who we are and what they liked about our product(s) at a show. We then can keep in contact with them and discuss their needs based on what we have already discusses previously so we can follow up with them to see how they are progressing on moving forward with a purchase.

It is simple and quick to use and maintain.  Any time I have had a question, support is right there for you with quick responses.

**What do you dislike about BIGContacts?**

I would like to see the capability of once a file is attached to an email and it is the wrong file, to be able to delete it.  I do not like that when an email window is open you can not move it around.

This is the best CRM software tool available today, very dependable and value priced.

It allows me, even as a small business, to easily keep up with the data on a prospect or client.  It has been very beneficial for follow up with prospects and clients, keeping track.  It has been a great asset in promoting our product, Marketing Calendar Office.

The legacy look to the overall experience - however they are working hard at changing it and I look forward to the updates.

**What do you like best about BIGContacts?**

I am a Virtual Assistant currently for three Directors with a home party sales company. I love the task and to do lists the most. They really keep me on task and help me prioritize my work load. I love how easy it is to import my client's contacts each month. I use the auto pilot emails to get new contacts connected right away.  

**What do you dislike about BIGContacts?**

My clients contacts seem to change email address frequently which creates duplicate contacts. I would like to have an easier way to isolate those when they occur so that they can be corrected. A merge of some sort woulc be great so that none of the contact history gets lost.

**Recommendations to others considering BIGContacts:**

Start with tasks! Participate in training videos and use support.

This system saves time in communication with my Directors. We both have quick access to what has been sent out to each client and their response or requests for information.

The Big Contacts CRM is ready to install with very little training required.  If you want to change the details of the data base or report forms, it is a snap!  I sincerely believe the setting up should be one of the first things that a business should focus on. 

**What do you dislike about BIGContacts?**

I dislike the fact that it took me too long to make my final decision.  I put myself through a very painful process of investigating many systems on the market.  Finding the ideal CRM and marketing system is a very important
decision.  What you decide is what you are going to live with for a long time.  Consequently, the system should be friendly and supported by professionals who truly care about my success.  A new shopper could spend an eternity looking at all of the products on the market.

I like the marketing function best as well as the many of the little features in the software that makes it easy for reporting tools.

**What do you dislike about BIGContacts?**

I dislike the ability to mass delete contacts  (may have ability but I am currently unaware) and the ability to check  contacts to database when importing and update any pertinent information if contact is already in the system.

BigContacts has been wonderful for our Sales & Marketing team and allows us to see other users notes on a contact and when they have changed any information.

1)	We DO in fact offer a mass delete/update function three feature that we call the “Contact Table”. For your convenience, I included a link to an article that show you how and where you can utilize this within your account.

If you continue to have any issues with the Google calendar segregation please contact our support team directly at support@bigcontacts.com  I have seen where they will work with you to actually test this from end-to-end.  You can simply provide them with a temporary log into your Google calendar and they will do the full testing and document this with video to show you how they are utilizing the synchronization.

We implemented Big Contacts over five years ago. We have had great success with territory transitions and realignment of territories very easy. All information was available to incoming representative.

Have not found anything that we have disliked. Reporting is good and they continue to improve the system. We have 16 users and rarely have any issues with users in the field.

BigContacts is a great, solid and effective way to organize and set up client-based appointments. I've been using it for many months, and have never had issues. The best aspect of this web based CRM is the ability to multitask and differentiate between a variety of custom fields.

Nothing much to dislike, except the slight lag time and delays between browsing. Perhaps if the pages had a lesser cache, and loaded quicker, it would be less of a drag on our part.

If you set an alert/reminder for a meeting with one of your contacts, they will actually receive an "email" that is sent directly from you (showing your email address).

We only use the text alerts for you and your team. In other words you can choose to receive a text or email alert/reminder for any meeting, task or opportunity etc.

Regarding task reports we do in fact offer a report that allows you to look at all outstanding tasks by "type".  You'll find a number of great task reports by going to the "Reports" tab in your account and then selecting the "Standard Reports" tab on the screen. In here you will see a variety of standard system reports… Including a number of task reports.
