What problems is Big Red Book solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a difficult task to get all members of a management team together on a weekly basis to discuss what is happening in the unit, the Big Red Book takes the place of the need for weekly meetings. It is used as a great communication tool between all members of the management staff and with the app allows for privacy from staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
