The product is very powerful without being too complicated, however there is still a learning curve. The training provided is good, the knowledge articles are also very good. The support is also pretty good, although I think that is one area they can improve on compared to support provided by other vendors. Its generally a very reliable software which does not require to much operational management. UI is also great, analytics is really good, it provides good logging capability. Exclusions aren’t great as they are right now; I wish you could exclude items based on categories. Also, there’s no browser extension support, which is a really big feature missing from application control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
