What do you dislike about Beyond Accounts Receivable Management (ARM)?
It's still a bit clunky. It's basically a GUI written on top of a terminal/mainframe style database. Sometime finding what your looking for in the menus is a bit daunting but there is always the search feature or support if you can't remember what you learned in training.
