Describe the project or task BetterWorld helped with:

BetterWorld ran our first-ever non-profit auction. They also provided a portal for fundraising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BetterWorld?

BetterWorld provided an easy-to-use platform for both fundraising and auction. They were available to troubleshoot issues based on my schedule and real time occurances. They even dealt with issues when they were not officially open.

They streamlined different services into one easily accessible portal- we used them for fundraising and the auction. They provided a means to communicate with donors, staff and customers. And their service is free for the non profit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterWorld?

There were quite a few glitches when adding data into their system. The biggest issue related to inputting new data and then the system reverting to old data. The issues we had were all on the "fulfillment" page. I believe the company has fixed these program glitches. The other issue we had with BW is that they require a nonprofit to sign up with Stripe for money processing and have not integrated the nonprofit rates into the platform. What problems is BetterWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our non-profit needed an internet-based auction platform that was easy to use and did not take the profits. We were able to maximize the profits for each sale. They use Stripe to process funds and our only charges related to Stripe. They also gave us a platform to communicate with donors, customers and staff at no charge.
