What do you like best about Betterment Advisor Solutions?

First and foremost, they are a modern tech provider with a wonderful user interface. Clients rave about how much they like it compared to wherever they had their accounts prior. What do you dislike about Betterment Advisor Solutions?

Occasionally I run across account types (up until recently, Solo 401k's - although they have just added that) or certain types of service requests that cannot be handled cleanly. But these are few and far between, and very rarely is it an issue, as usually there is some kind of workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Betterment Advisor Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Account opening is extremely fast and painless. The rollover/transfer request process is seamless. When customer service is needed, it's extremely prompt.

I love that I can use most of the public ETF universe to create custom portfolio allocations that are automatically implemented and rebalanced. I think that value add of Tax Loss Harvesting and Tax Coordinated Portfolio (asset location) is a huge selling point for me to talk about with prospects and brings real value to clients.
