Never pushy, always listening, and providing guided feedback, always keeping me progressing towards reflection and improvement. The time flew by and I found myself thinking and implementing our ideas after the sessions almost immediately. **What do you dislike about NewLevelWork?** I can't think of a thing I didn't like. At one point, Jim started discussing team-oriented exercises, and I confessed that I thought they were hokey and often a waste of time. We now have a clear mission statement and positioning. -Get better at delegation and managing from balcony—less hands-on management style. **What do you like best about NewLevelWork?** The personal attention and care that my manager gave to my goals, growth, and interests. She really helped me transform and grow and brought a lot of clarity and understanding to me by asking me to consider things I wouldn't ordinarily pause to think about. **What do you dislike about NewLevelWork?** There was nothing I really disliked about better manager.
