What do you like best about Better Business Bureau?

The best thing I like about BBB is it brings the business and the customers closer to solving their concerns and grievances; this platform helps the company to resolve the customer's complaints and keep them happy. What do you dislike about Better Business Bureau?

At times we can see fraudulent buyers/customers will also raise complaints on the BBB against the business, the BBB should have an option or checkpoint to filter those spam messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
