Best thing we like about BestCity AI is its ease of integration, it's very easy to use with all dashboard in simple plain English with no technical terms, their customer support is world class, Dashboard is feature rich, and implementation took no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BestCity AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Domino’s stores relied heavily on walk-in customers, but lacked visibility into who they are, how long they wait, or how staff efficiency impacts orders. POS data shows only what was sold - not the full customer journey. BestCity AI used existing CCTV to track customer demographics, dwell time, queue length, and staff behavior in real time.
