What do you like best about Benji Pays?

I use Benji Pays to integrate with QuickBooks, and I like that invoices are automatically sent and transaction fees are collected automatically. This saves me quite a significant amount of money on admin fees. I appreciate how Benji Pays takes care of these tasks automatically, especially with the transaction fees. It's great that there are built-in features to send payment reminders, and probably the best part is getting clients set up on autopay for recurring services. What do you dislike about Benji Pays?

I did have a situation where it could have been easier during the initial setup. The invoices weren't sending in the first few days, so, basically, for like two days, none of the invoices were actually sending. They were being held for whatever reason. So nobody was getting invoices. But Benji Pays support got on it immediately and fixed it as soon as we realized there was an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
