What do you like best about Benivo?

What I like best about Benivo is how user-friendly the platform is and how well it is tailored to our relocation programme. It is designed in a way that aligns with our specific needs, which makes it easy to use and highly relevant for our employees. I also appreciate the support from the Client Success Manager, who actively helps us explore and implement additional features or functionality whenever we need to enhance the platform. What do you dislike about Benivo?

What problems is Benivo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benivo helps simplify our cost estimation process and makes it easier to engage and initiate vendor services, although this is still not fully integrated across all vendors. However, we are steadily progressing in that direction.

We have also experienced challenges with the expense reimbursement process for assignees in Saudi Arabia, and Benivo’s fintech solutions have been particularly helpful in addressing this.

Overall, the platform is helping us improve efficiency across key parts of the relocation process, with continued opportunities for further enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
