We struggled with low adoption and generic gifts that employees rarely cared about, but now employees receive instant digital points and choose their own rewards from hundreds of brand vouchers, resulting in an increase in platform adoption to over 85% across departments. We struggled with a multi-week nomination approval cycle, but now managers can nominate and approve spot awards in just a few clicks from the mobile app, reducing our turnaround time from 3 weeks to under 48 hours.
