What do you like best about Benefit Cloud?

I appreciate that they offer more than just technology; they also provide service. As a payroll company, service truly matters, so it’s critical to have a vendor that advocates for you, stays engaged, and communicates clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benefit Cloud?

I don’t think it’s really benefit clouds issue but more just benefit integrations and carrier feeds are just an antiquated process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Benefit Cloud:

Give them a try. We love that there was no set up or upfront cost to get started. They only bill once something is in production which just makes it so they have to prove their worth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Benefit Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our payroll bureau was having difficulty connecting our clients with their insurance carriers. We handled all payroll, HR, and benefits enrollment, but we didn’t have a way to pass that information along to the carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
